You can actually rest easy, because all the substances that you can purchase from us are stable at room temperature. It is very rare for packages (on an airplane or in a warehouse) to be exposed to higher temperatures for long periods of time.

Then this is the solution for you:
The goods you order (cans or bags) are packed in special bags and these are vacuumed and then deep-frozen. On the day of dispatch, these frozen bags are packed in a styrofoam box together with other frozen cooling elements.
Since the boxes are not actively cooled, the goods will of course not reach you frozen. In this way, however, you are safely protected from temperatures well above room temperature for a few days - and that's all that matters.

The cost of express shipments (air freight) is calculated according to the so-called dimensional weight and the volume of the package is increased by such an additional box. These additional costs are already included here as a flat rate.
