Do you live in a country with very high temperatures? Are you worried whether the substances you have ordered will survive the delivery time unscathed?
You can actually rest assured, because almost all of the substances you can buy from us are stable at room temperature (if this is not the case, as with liposomal products and NMNH/UthPeak, this will be expressly stated in the product description). It is very rare for packages to be exposed to higher temperatures for a longer period of time (on an airplane or in a warehouse).

Then this is the solution for you:
The goods you have ordered (cans or bags) are packed in special bags and these are vacuumed and then deep-frozen. On the day of dispatch, these frozen bags are packed in a styrofoam box together with other frozen cooling elements.
Since the boxes are not actively cooled, the goods will of course not reach you frozen. In this way, however, you are safely protected from temperatures well above room temperature for a few days - and that's all that matters.
