Trust the scientific expertise of the AFEGA Research Group
In this category, over the next few weeks and months, we will be presenting some of the new recipes developed by the AFEGA Research Group over the past 3 years.
Our recipes are based on internal studies and feedback from customers and participants in the EpiAge study, which was completed last year.
Why do we offer recipes?
We have a variety of very different substances in our shop. Many of our customers are already somewhat overwhelmed by the information in the product descriptions because they are not used to reading scientific texts. If you are then wondering which of the different substances "go together" or can or should be taken together because they complement each other or are perhaps particularly effective in combination, the challenge is complete.
There are of course customers who find us because they have read or heard about a certain substance (usually NMN) or maybe even read the book by Prof. David Sinclair (Lifespan - Why we age and why we don't have to). These customers already know what they are looking for and are simply looking for a reliable supplier because they have read that there is an incredible amount of NMN in the so-called "NMN scene" in particular. of fraud (It is dangerous to buy NMN on Amazon ). These customers do not need any further help and will find what they need with us.
However, many customers find our website because they are struggling with certain age-related problems, be it a general feeling of loss of vitality or lack of energy, forgetfulness, sleep disorders or declining muscle strength.
We want to help this group of customers with our recipes: Instead of just offering individual substances, we suggest to these customers sophisticated recipes for clearly and specifically formulated problem areas, which have proven to be effective on the basis of research carried out by the AFEGA Research Group in recent years. these problem areas have proven to be particularly effective. And for those customers for whom such recommendations alone are not enough, and who want to understand the reasons for the respective recipe/formulation in more detail, we nevertheless offer the scientific reasons by referring to the scientific studies on which the recipe is based.
All recipes are offered in two versions: The standard version contains only substances whose effectiveness has been scientifically proven. The second version also contains substances from the field of homeopathy. We are aware that such a mixture would be considered absurd by many experts in the field of homeopathy. But there are also experts who consider the combination of homeopathic remedies (such as globules) and food supplements to be sensible. This combination is often considered a complementary therapy, taking advantage of the benefits of both approaches to improve health and well-being.
Arguments for a combination:
1. Holistic approach: Homeopaths often emphasize a holistic approach that takes into account both physical and mental aspects. Dietary supplements can help correct nutrient deficiencies, while homeopathic remedies address energetic imbalances.
2. Synergistic Effects: It is believed that the combination of homeopathic remedies and dietary supplements can have synergistic effects that support and enhance the healing process.
Examples and Representatives:
- Dr. Peter Fisher, a well-known British homeopath, has advocated that homeopathy and conventional medicine, including the use of supplements, can be used complementarily to achieve the best results for patients.
- Dr. Rajan Sankaran, a leading Indian homeopath, has also emphasized the benefits of an integrative approach that includes the use of homeopathic remedies along with other complementary therapies.
Publications and Studies:
There are several articles and studies that examine the effectiveness of combining supplements and homeopathic remedies.
- Integrative Medicine: A Clinician's Journal" published several articles highlighting the benefits of combining different therapeutic approaches, including homeopathy and nutritional supplements.
- "The Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine" features research on complementary and integrative approaches that include homeopathic remedies and nutritional supplements.
