Liposomal NMN, a note: this product has been making a name for itself lately. It has a higher bioavailability than 'ordinary' NMN. But it is more expensive than 'ordinary' NMN. We decided against offering it. You can get the same amount of NMN in your blood at the same price by simply taking more 'ordinary' NMN. It would then be a real alternative if it had a higher bioavailability at the same price.

Is it advisable to take NMN in capsules?
One study showed that NMN is largely broken down in the liver as it enters the digestive tract:

We therefore recommend taking NMN sublingually (allowing the powder to dissolve in the lower tongue).

Double-blind, placebo-controlled, the 'gold standard' for clinical trials.
The result is absolutely consistent with all of our experiences: the health-related parameters improve significantly! - However, the epigenetic age did not change, it remained constant (one might have expected it to sink) while it increased in the placebo group as expected. However, two months is a very short time and the measurement error in the methods used to determine biological or epigenetic age is actually too great to be able to make a reliable statement about the change in biological age for this short period of time. Be that as it may: NMN works !!
