According to studies by Prof. David Sinclair, the three most effective anti-aging substances are currently NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide), resveratrol (the so-called 'red wine molecule') and metformin (EU-approved and approved as a diabetes drug). The most important finding from the interview with Prof. Sinclair is that the minimum dose of NR is 400 mg per day. A study cited in the interview shows that these 400 mg are a kind of threshold and there is no effect of NR below this threshold.
